Advanced Basketball Group Training
Spots are limited to ensure high numbers of repetition & improvement.
Playing pickup games is good for conditioning, but if you don't learn how to play the game the right way, your development will be delayed. Sign up for one or all of my training sessions to improve your game! Each session will be 4 hours long dedicated to performance, offense, defense, & competition.
